JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-10-2018 Heard Sri Bijay Bhushan Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor. Four petitioners, apprehending their arrest in connection with Special Case No. 6484 of 2017 ( arising out of Bakhatiyarpur P.S. Case No. 409 of 2017) registered for the offence under Sections 147/148/149/341/323/307/353/332/224/225 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 30(a)/38/45 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 have prayed for grant of bail in the event of their arrest or surrender. Learned counsel for the petitioners tried to

No.61740 of 2018(2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 persuade the court that petitioners along with number of villagers were falsely made accused, however, after going through the F.I.R. and considering the seriousness of the accusation , I do not find any ground to entertain the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail.

The petition stands dismissed.
