====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 21-01-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that this Court is not a proper forum for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, rather the Central Administrative Tribunal is a competent forum for redressal of the grievance raised by the petitioner in the present writ application.

In view of the objection raised by the respondents, the writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal for redressal of his grievance.

Patna High Court CWJC No.19336 of 2018(5) dt.21-01-2021 2/2 In the event, the petitioner approaches the Central Administrative Tribunal for redressal of his grievance, the Central Administrative Tribunal will consider the desirability of condoning the delay in filing Original Application in view of the fact that the petitioner was pursuing his remedy before this Court since 26.09.2018.
