Petitioners seek regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 8/20 (b) (ii)(A), 21/22/23 of the NDPS Act.

As per the prosecution case, one Kg. Ganja has been recovered from the motor cycle of this petitioner. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the case. No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners and they are no way concerned with the alleged recovery. Petitioners claim clean

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of the case, recovery of quantity of Ganja and the period of custody of the petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge, Araria in connection with Fulkaha PS case No.62/2021.
