JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 27-07-2019 After some argument, in view of a judgment of the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in the case of Md. Noman Vs. The State of Bihar through District Magistrate, Araria reported in 2019(1) PLJR 823, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not pressing this writ application, however, this Court may grant him liberty to apply for fresh licence in terms of the Bihar Targeted PDS (Control) Order, 2016.

Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the same.

This writ application is being disposed off in view of

Patna High Court CWJC No.1548 of 2017(4) dt.27-07-2019 2/2 the statements made hereinabove with liberty to the petitioner that in case he is willing to apply for fresh licence in accordance with law, he may be allowed to do so, if it is permissible in terms of the Control Order of 2016.
