2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 76, 303(2)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per prosecution case, petitioner assaulted on the head of the informant with sword.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that this petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Doctor has found simple injury. Petitioner claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for pre-arrest bail.

6. Considering the nature of injury caused by the petitioner, prayer for bail of this petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let this
