1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(a) To quash the meno no.453 dated 31-72015 issued under the signature of S.D.O. Gopalganj by which the Circle officer Kuchaikot has been directed to remove the encroachment by 3.8.15 from Mauza Sanamuna Thana- no. 781, Khata no. 53, Khesra no.1165, area one bigha, upon which the petitioner has been residing after construction of Pucca wall and karkat containing two rooms.

(b) To direct the respondents no.5 to pay the

Patna High Court CWJC No.13245 of 2015(3) dt.29-08-2024 2/3 Compensation of Rs.2.50 lacs for illegal removal of pucca Concrete roof illegally, without instituting any encroachment proceeding.

(c) To take action against the respondent no.5 who with connivance of private respondent has broken the pucca room without giving any notice or opportunity to the petitioner where as a title suit bearing no. 716/15 is pending between the petitioner and the respondent no. 6 before Civil Court and notices have been issued to the state official also.

(d) To direct the respondent to built the pucca room on their own Cost which have been illegally broken forcibly by the Circle officer kuchaikot.

(e) A writ in nature of Mandamus may be issued directing the respondent to take action against the person who are responsible for illegal removal of pucca Concrete room of the petitioner on 3.8.15 in the garb of letter no. 1064 dated 30-7 2015.

(f). The respondent specially respondent no.6 may be punished for his illegal action which is not permissible under the law."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Gopalganj for redressal of his subsisting grievances,

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
