2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 21, 22(b), 22(c) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that the police raided the house of petitioner and apprehended one Rohit Kumar, who was loading cartons. On search, 10,500 ampoules total 6.3 grams Buprenorphine injection and 7,750 bottles containing 1550 grams of codeine based cough syrup were recovered. Petitioner is son of the owner of the house.
