The petitioner is in custody since 23.02.2022 in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No.171 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 30(a) (d) and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

There is recovery of 210 litres of country made liquor from the forest area and not from conscious possession of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has two antecedents of the same nature and he is in custody since 23.02.2022, he shall be released on bail, after framing of charge or on completion of one year in custody whichever is later, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten
