According to the counsel for the petitioners, the case of the petitioners is squarely covered with the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Secretary, State of Karnataka and Ors Vs. Uma Devi and Ors reported in 2006 (4) SCC and Jaggo Vs. Union of India and Ors reported in 2024 SCC Online SC 3826. Therefore, it is prayed by him that this petition may be disposed of directing the concerned respondent to consider and decide the claim of the petitioners for grant of their regularization in the light of judgment passed

Patna High Court CWJC No.7962 of 2024(2) dt.10-07-2025 3/3 by the Hon'ble Supreme Court as referred herein above.

3. The above prayer made by the counsel is not opposes by the counsel for the respondents-State.

4. Considering the submissions made by both the counsels, the petition is disposed of. The concerned respondent no. i.e. 01 is directed to consider and decide the claim of the petitioners for their regularization in the light of judgment passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Secretary, State of Karnataka and Ors Vs. Uma Devi and Ors and Jaggo Vs. Union of India and Ors as mentioned above. The decision will be taken by the concerned respondent as early as possible probably within 90 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
