The petitioner seeks bail in Bhawanipur P.S. Case No. 148 of 2020, registered for the offence under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 427, 452,379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the F.I.R., the petitioner is alleged to have given knife blow to Md. Khalid and Md. Zafar on the vital part of their body.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that there is case and counter case. The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the injured by knife, but as per injury report, the injury has been caused by hard and blunt substance. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and he is in custody since 22.03.2021. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
