The petitioner is in custody since 15.03.2022 in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No.80 of 2022 registered for offences under Section 30(a)(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.
There is recovery of 2000 litres of raw material and 300 litres of country made liquor from the forest area. Considering the fact that the petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 15.03.2022, he shall be released on bail, after framing of charge, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No.2, Gaya in connection with Gurua P.S.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31957 of 2022(2) dt.20-08-2022 2/2 Case No.80 of 2022.
The petitioner will visit Gurua Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
