2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file revision against the order dated 13.08.2012 passed in Misc. Appeal No. 13/12-13 (Annexure-6) by the District Magistrate.

3. If the petitioner files limitation petition for condonation of delay in filing revision / appeal, then the authority concerned must condone the delay consumed in pursuing remedy before this Court since 2013 till date.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of.
