2. The petitioner has moved the Court alleging non compliance of the order dated 12.01.2010 passed in CWJC No. 11473 of 2007.
3. Show cause has been filed on 03.04.2017, in which copy of the order dated 29.09.2015 passed in LPA No. 912 of 2015, has been brought on record by which the appeal was
Patna High Court MJC No.2295 of 2015 dt.29-08-2019 2/2 allowed and the judgment of the writ Court was set aside. However, there was an observation that no sooner any of the writ petitioners, attains the minimum educational qualification for employment in the Railways, it would be favourably considered.
4. The Court finds that there is no receipt showing service of the show cause on learned counsel for the petitioner.
5. However, Ms. Kalpana, learned counsel for the Railways submitted that copy of the show cause has been served on learned counsel for the petitioner on 09.12.2017, when the matter was taken up by the Lok Adalat of the High Court.
