The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nawada (Town) P.S. Case No. 378 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 33, 34 & 36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has 22 antecedents and it is also alleged that the informant's brother died after consuming illicit liquor. In view of the above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
