This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for quashing the order 03.07.2015 passed by SDJM, Patna in Complaint Case No. 1414(M) of 1991 by which the discharge application of the petitioner has been rejected. I have gone through the materials available on record including the impugned order by which the discharge application has been rejected and I find no infirmity in the impugned order as prima facie case is made out against the petitioner.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
