Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 378 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 33, 34 and 36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The petitioner deals in illicit liquor. He has 22 antecedents of Excise Act case and informant's brother died because of consuming spurious liquor.

In view of the facts and circumstances, as mentioned above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer of regular bail of the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34484 of 2023(2) dt.24-05-2023 2/2 is rejected herewith.

The Court below is directed to expedite the trial as early as possible.
