The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 634 of 2020 registered under Sections 302 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. Further he submits that only on the basis of suspicion, petitioner has been dragged in the present case. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
