2. The petitioners are aggrieved by the action of the authorities by which FIR has been directed to be lodged against them when the issue is still pending before the Hon'ble

Patna High Court CWJC No.10282 of 2019(2) dt.25-11-2019 2/2 Lokayukta, Bihar.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the case be disposed off with liberty to pursue the pending matter before the Hon'ble Lokayukta, Bihar.

4. In view thereof, as prayed for by learned counsel for the petitioners, the application stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioners to pursue the matter, which is pending before the Hon'ble Lokayukta.
