2. The petitioners are named in the F.I.R. and apprehending their arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 1029 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 85, 3(5) of BNS Act and Section 3⁄4 of D.P. Act.

3. The allegation against petitioners is commit cruelty upon informant alongwith other family members due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry as raised for cash of Rs. 2 lakhs.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners are in-laws and facing general and omnibus allegation qua alleged cruelty committed upon informant. It is submitted that thrust of allegation is available against husband. It is submitted that the petitioners are living separately with informant and her husband and having no connection with their daily and domestic affair. While concluding arguments, it is submitted that all above named petitioners are persons of clean antecedents.

Learned APP duly assisted by Mrs. Anju Kumari Singh, learned counsel for the informant while opposing the prayer of bail submitted that the petitioner being in-laws actively participated in occurrence. It is further submitted by learned counsel for the informant that these petitioners persuaded husband of informant as to solemnize his second marriage during subsiting of marriage with informant.

6. In view of aforesaid factual submissions as

No.33119 of 2025(2) dt.19-05-2025 3/3 petitioners are in-laws prima-facie facing general and omnibus allegation qua alleged cruelty as committed upon the informant, accordingly petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks, are directed to be released on bail, furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Gaya/concerned Court, where the case is pending in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 1029 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C/Section 482(2) of BNSS.
