Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nawada (Town) P.S. Case No. 378 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 33, 34 & 36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 18.01.2023 and the petitioner has 22 antecedents and it is also alleged that the informant's brother died after consuming illicit liquor.

In view of the above, I am not inclined to grant bail to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32420 of 2023(2) dt.22-05-2023 2/2 the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer of regular bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
