ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 23-04-2025 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that the present writ petition may be disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent Nos. 1 & 2 by way of representation ventilating his grievance.

Having regard to the above made submission, the present writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent Nos. 1 & 2 by way of representation ventilating his grievance within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such representation being given, the respondent Nos. 1 & 2 shall endeavor to pass necessary orders in accordance with law as
Patna High Court CWJC No.8588 of 2024(7) dt.23-04-2025 2/2 expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks thereof. Any orders passed shall be communicated to the parties.
