The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No. 36 of 2021 registered under Sections 304B of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is gti. She is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner. Further he submits that husband of the deceased is in jail custody. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41346 of 2021(2) dt.11-03-2022 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Barh, Patna in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No. 36 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
