Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nimachandpura P.S. Case No. 10 of 2012 registered for offences punishable under Sections 385, 379, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

At the very outset, it has been submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State that in this case process under Sections 83 and 83 Cr.P.C. has already been exhausted, as such, this anticipatory bail application is not maintainable. In view of the above fact, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner rather petitioner, if
