It is submitted by the petitioner's counsel that due to oversight by his office, the defects could not be removed within the time granted under order dated 05.12.2019. By the time, the lapse was discovered, the pandemic had come in and, therefore, there has been some delay in approaching this Court for restoration of Cr Misc No 79972 of 2019.

Considering the aforesaid submissions and finding the same to be sufficient cause for restoration, this application is allowed and Cr Misc No 79972 of 2019 is restored to its original file and number subject to the petitioner's counsel removing all
