JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-07-2019 The short prayer made by the petitioner is that since the respondents have disclosed in their counter affidavit that encroachment proceedings bearing Encroachment case no. 2/15-16 has already been initiated by the Circle Officer, Turkauliya, Dist-East Champaran, a direction be given to the Circle Officer to conclude the same expeditiously. Having regard to the limited submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, I deem it fit and appropriate to dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to the Circle

Patna High Court CWJC No.13214 of 2015(3) dt.19-07-2019 2/2 Officer, Turkauliya, Dist-East Champaran to pass a final order under Section 6 of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, after considering the objections, if any, filed by the encroachers in the aforesaid Encroachment case no. 2/15-16 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.

The present writ petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid directions.
