2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Neemchak Bathani P.S. Case No. 25 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 103(1), 132, 125(a), 352, 3(5) of the BNS, 2023.
3. The informant, Munna Kumar, is a driver of an ambulance. He was transporting a patient, Munni Devi, in his ambulance for treatment. Kundan Kumar was an EMT (assistant) in that ambulance. As per the FIR, the ambulance overturned and the patient was injured. The named accused persons, including the petitioner, along with 10 to 12 others, badly assaulted Kundan Kumar, who later succumbed to his injuries.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He has further submitted that the allegation is general and omnibus and the reason behind the occurrence is that the driver was driving the ambulance rashly and negligently, which resulted into injuring the patient. The petitioner is under since 30.01.2025
5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, is directed to furnish bail bond and on doing so, the court below shall release the petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judical Magistrate-Ist Class, Gaya in connection with Neemchak Bathani P.S. Case No. 25 of 2025, subject to the following conditions that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
