Petitioner seeks bail in Suhail P.S. Case No.21 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 364, 302, 120-B Indian Penal Code.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that First Information Report is against unknown. Occurrence is alleged to have taken place on 16.11.2018. First Information Report has been lodged on 20.11.2018. Name of this petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused, Akhilesh Bharti. Petitioner is in custody since 29.01.2019 having clean antecedents.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31362 of 2019(2) dt.10-05-2019 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SDJM, Sherghati, Gaya, in connection with Suhail P.S. Case No.21 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
