The petitioners seek bail in Dumariyaghat P.S. Case No. 36 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, pending in the court of learned 7th Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, Excise, Motihari. It is alleged in the written report that 2173 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from truck kept hidden under the sacs of potato. Petitioners are said to be Driver and Khalasi of the aforesaid Truck.

Keeping in view the recovery of huge quantity of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30260 of 2019(2) dt.08-05-2019 2/2 illicit liquor from truck, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage.

Prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail stands rejected.
