No. 2483 of 2017 has been filed on behalf of respondent Nos. 7 and 8 stating therein that Sk. Taiyab, who was the Secretary of the managing committee of the petitioner, passed away on 23.05.2016. According to him, this writ application has abated. Even otherwise, he contends that the term of the managing committee is only for five years in view of the resolution of the Bihar State Madarsa Education Board and as such the life of the petitioner's managing committee has already came to an end.
