Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Case No.05 of 2019 (Government Official Comp. No.01 of 2019), arising out of P.R. Case No.01 of 2018-19, Thana-Bausi, registered under Section 20(B) of the N.D.P.S. Act, 1985, pending in the court of the Sessions Judge, Purnia. Earlier, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail was rejected by this Court vide order dated 02.03.2020 passed in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30532 of 2020(2) dt.03-02-2021 2/2 Criminal Misc. No.10191 of 2020 on merit, taking into consideration that the vehicle from which 35 kilograms Ganja was recovered was being driven by this petitioner. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to reconsider the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail. Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail stands rejected for the present.
