The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nawada P.S. Case No. 376 of 2021 registered for the offence under Section 33, 34 and 36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 25.06.2021 and the petitioner has 22 antecedents. It is also alleged that the informant's husband died due to consumption of illicit liquor.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
