JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-09-2024 Though the present writ petition has been filed for directing the Respondent authorities to remove the encroachment from the land, appertaining to khata no. 451, plot no. 465 and khata no. 277, plot no. 2737, situated at village Ugma, Circle Asthama, District-Nalanda, which is recorded as Gair Mazarua Aam land and is being used by the public at large, however, at the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Asthama, District-Nalanda, for redressal of his said grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
