ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 04-04-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The present application has been filed for quashing the first information report of Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 358 of 2020, dated 12.06.2020, registered under Sections 420, 406 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a businessman having the current account in which money use to come and go. The allegations made in the first information report are not correct and petitioner is denying those allegations. Counsel for the State submits that from bare reading of first information report it transpires that it is clear cut allegation against the petitioner in this case and not only that there are allegation of commission of those crimes with other

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.830 of 2021(2) dt.04-04-2023 2/2 banks also, which requires investigation.
