20-09-2018 After some argument, Sri Durgesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of Smt. Anita Kumari Singh, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, requests for disposal of the present petition so that petitioner may appear before the court below and pray for regular bail.
