====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 24-11-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case no. 340 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody in connection with suspicious death of his wife. He further submits that it is alleged that the victim died in suspicious manner for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. Considering the nature of allegation and also the fact that the petitioner is the husband of the victim, the Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of bail is rejected.

However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial
