2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 60 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120(B), 427 of the IPC.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that earlier, the bail petition of this petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 07.04.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 1117 of 2023, but he is renewing the prayer for bail on the ground that other co-accused persons, on exactly similar footing, have been granted bail. He has submitted further that the names of five accused persons have figured in paragraph no. 15 of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35139 of 2023(6) dt.13-10-2023 2/2 diary namely Paro Murmo (the petitioner), co-accused Ganesh Kumar Besra, Ranjeet Kumar Hembrum, Kishu Murmur and Sanjiv Murmur. All the four accused persons except this petitioner, on exactly similar footing, have been granted bail.

4. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State Sri Shailendra Kumar has opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as the fact other co-accused persons, on exactly similar footing, have been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. IV, Munger in connection with Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 60 of 2022, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
