JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 2/ 26-09-2018 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 27.03.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.3702 of 2018 by which petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail in connection with Kudhani P.S. Case No.351 of 2017 to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur. Counsel for the petitioner submits that he could not surrender in time as he had gone to Delhi to earn his livelihood. Counsel for the petitioner seeks four weeks' further time to surrender in the Court below.

In view of such, four weeks' further time from the date of receipt of this order is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below and in that event, the Court below will release the petitioner on anticipatory bail on same terms and conditions as mentioned in order dated 27.03.2018

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60019 of 2018 (2) dt.26-09-2018 2/2 passed in Cr. Misc. No.3702 of 2018.

This Modification Application is, accordingly, allowed.
