Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned. 2.

The present petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 12.03.2024, passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. no. 12216 of 2024.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the address of the petitioners has wrongly been typed in the bail application, due to which, in the order granting bail dated 12.03.2024, wrong address is depicting, however the correct address is "Village- Begampur, PS- Waris Nagar, DistrictSamastipur". 4.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, considering the submissions made by the learned counsel

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45568 of 2024(3) dt.12-07-2024 2/2 for the petitioner as also taking into account the averments made in the present petition, order dated 12.03.2024, passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. no. 12216 of 2024 is modified, as aforesaid and now, the petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st class, Samastipur and furnish bail bond within a period of two weeks from today. 5.

The present petition stands allowed with the aforesaid modifications.
