Petitioners apprehend arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304 (B), 201/34 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the State and the informant that petitioners have been declared absconder and processes of sections 82 and 83 have been initiated against them to ensure their appearance in the Court.

Considering the aforesaid development, petition for
