2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 307, 384, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, on 12.02.2024 at about 7:15 PM the petitioner came at his shop not only demanded ransom but also fired at him by country made katta with intention to kill him. However, the bullet did not hit him. On the noise of firing when people gathered the petitioner fled away after leaving his motorcycle at the place of occurrence.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no such occurrence took place, as alleged in F.I.R. Petitioner was not present at the place of occurrence. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. No

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for opposite party no. 2 opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Pawana P.S. Case No. 6 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
