This is an application seeking quashing of the F.I.R of R.C. Case No. 0232 12 A 0016 dated 27.07.2012 (Special Case No. 9/12 instituted for the offence under Sections 120B, 420, 409, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 13(2) read with 13(1)(c)(d) of Prevention of Corruption Act.
On 21.03.2018 a report had been called for from the court below about the stage of the case, which has since been received and kept at flag 'A'. The report is dated 24.03.2018 and it indicates that the chargesheet in this case has already been submitted.
