2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in P.S. Case No. , registered for offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 303(2), 352 and 3(5) of the B.N.S.and Sections 3 and 4 of the Bihar Witchcraft Prevention Act.

3. The prosecution story, in brief, is that this petitioner alongwith other accused persons named in the F.I.R., abused and assaulted informant. It is further alleged that when mother of informant came to save him, all the accused persons assaulted her by means of rod and fist, due to which, she sustained four injuries, out of which, injury no. 2 is grievous. Besides this, petitioner has got one criminal antecedent.

4. Considering the nature of injury and criminal

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30961 of 2025(2) dt.21-07-2025 2/2 antecedent, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
