====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 12-01-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and State. The petitioners are in custody in connection with Raxaul Rail P.S. Case No. 04 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioners are the mother-in-law, Bhaisur and Dewar of the deceased.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 02.02.2020. He further submits that the petitioners are living separately with the husband of the deceased after few months of marriage in 2015.

No.30626 of 2020(3) dt.12-01-2021 2/2 Considering the aforesaid, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Railway, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Raxaul Rail P.S. Case No. 04 of 2020.
The court below shall verify the positive material that they are residing separately from the victim and her husband since 2015 i.e. after few months of the marriage of the victim with the son of the petitioner no.1.
In the event the aforesaid facts are not established to the satisfaction of the court below, the court below shall not release the petitioners on bail.
