The petitioner seeks bail in Rahui P.S. Case No. 361 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 323 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, while the father of informant was digging land to build house, in the meantime, this petitioner along with other accused persons came there and started abusing him. On being protested by the father of informant, petitioner ordered to kill him, upon which co-accused Pawan Kumar fired from pistol which hit his toe of right leg. Chargesheet has already been submitted. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Ist, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Rahui P.S.
