The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A, 372 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 10.12.2012. The report dated 17.01.2015 of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-III, Katihar reflects that the trial will be concluded within a period of three months. Hence, this Court is not inclined to interfere.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected in connection with Sessions Trial No. 329 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24768 of 2014 (06) dt.06-02-2015 2/2 2013 arising out of Barsoi (Kachna) P.S. Case No. 199 of 2012 pending in the court of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-III, Katihar.

However, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail, if the trial is not concluded within a period of three months.
