The petitioner seeks bail in Bikram P.S. Case No. 192 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, 04 unknown miscreants riding on 02 motorcycles intercepted the driver of informant and on the point of pistol took away tractor from his possession and fled away.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is not named in the FIR. During course of investigation, name of this petitioner has come in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Akash Kumar. No incriminating article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Till date petitioner has not been put on test

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41970 of 2021(2) dt.26-10-2021 2/2 identification parade. Petitioner is in custody since 04.01.2021. Chargesheet has already been submitted.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VI, Danapur (Patna) in connection with Bikram P.S.
