1. The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following reliefs:

"(i) For issuance of direction to respondent authority for adding his name of petitioner in State Seniority list of Police Sub Inspector after Conversion from Steno Police Sub Inspector to Police Sub Inspector Cadre with retrospective effect.

(ii) For issuance of direction to concerned respondent that after adding his name in State Seniority List name be considered for promotion

Patna High Court CWJC No. 2128 of 2017(6) dt.19-01-2026 2/2 on this post of Inspector of Police like other similar/junior persons.

(iii) For issuance of direction to respondent to grant him promotion with all consequential benefits arising out of this same.

(iv) Petitioner also prays for any other relief(s) for which he is found entitled in facts and circumstances of this case."
