The present modification application is filed for modification of the order dated 16.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.1532 of 2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to bonafide mistake, the name of the village has been wrongly mentioned as "Karpi" in place of "Uparikala" in the cause title of the bail petition.

Let it be read as village name of the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30414 of 2022(2) dt.15-06-2022 2/2 "Uparikala" in place of "Karpi".

Accordingly, the order dated 16.05.2022 is modified to the aforesaid extent.
