2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kusheshwarsthan P.S Case No. 148 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 342, 307, 302, 504 and 506 of Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, it is a case of land dispute between the parties due to which scuffle took place and several persons got injured.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely been implicated in this case. It is
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35427 of 2024(3) dt.16-07-2024 2/2 next submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. It is next submitted that co-accused has already granted anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 17533 of 2019 and Cr. Misc. No. 6356 of 2019.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of her arrest or surrender before the trial court within a period of six weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M Biraul (Darbhanga) in connection with Kusheshwarsthan P.S Case No. 148 of 2018 subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C. (Ramesh Chand Malviya, J) Mayank/- U T
