JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 05-11-2018 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 30.8.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 46928 of 2018 , by which petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail in connection with Bihta P. S. case no. 314 of 2017 to the satisfaction of learned CJM,Patna.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that this Court by order dated 10.10.2018 had modified the order dated 30.8.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 46928 of 2018, but while modifying the order, the period for surrender was not extended.

In view of such, six weeks' further time is granted to the petitioner from the date of receipt of copy of this order to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62859 of 2018(3) dt.05-11-2018 2/2 surrender before the Court below and, in that event, the Court below will release the petitioner on bail as per terms and conditions mentioned in the order dated 30.8.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 46928 of 2018.
